Greg co-founded HAVN Capital and sits on the Investment Committee. He brings over 33 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and hands-on operational leadership in energy services.
Before HAVN, Greg spent 18 years as a Partner at EV Private Equity, where he ran the UK office, led new investments, and oversaw portfolio management with a focus on exit execution. Prior to that he spent seven years at Simmons & Company, the specialist energy investment bank, advising on M&A and strategy across the sector. Earlier still, Greg built and sold his family’s technology services business, experience that gives him a founder’s understanding of what owner-managers go through.
Greg holds a degree in Engineering Technology from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
He’s a keen skier and cyclist, and spends as much time as possible with his family.
