Head of Impact & Investment Manager
Ellenor leads impact strategy and ESG integration across HAVN’s portfolio, overseeing the firm’s sustainability reporting, impact measurement framework, and the bespoke Impact KPIs applied to every investment. As an Investment Manager, she also plays a key role across the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities through to execution, portfolio management, and value creation.
Ellenor began her career in 2016 at PwC London, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). That grounding in financial rigour and compliance carries directly into how she approaches both impact measurement and investment work: data driven, auditable, and tied to real outcomes.
At HAVN, Ellenor built the firm’s Theory of Change framework and leads the annual sustainability report. Her focus is on codifying the impact learnings from HAVN Fund I into the strategy and framework for Fund II, helping ensure HAVN’s approach to impact measurement evolves with each investment cycle. She works closely with portfolio company management teams to define and track the impact metrics that matter most for each business.
Ellenor is originally from the UK and lives in Stavanger with her husband and two children.
